In order to grow my global knowledge, I joined the Diplomacy Club and took on the role of Public Relations chair. As a member of this club I have had the opportunity to talk with international ambassadors, congressmen, and other public figures. I work along side other executive board members to plan events, run social media channels, and to communicate with the community to organize and advertise events.

I wanted to be a part of a strong leadership group so I joined Clemson's Women in Business as their Director of Communication. In this role I facilitate communication with business professionals and guest speakers to plan events, resolve questions, and ensure events run smoothly, send out weekly emails and promotions for club events and collects feedback data to determine where events can be improve, update event calendars, and
networks with other women in business in the Clemson and outside community to create meaningful connections.

This semester I had the awesome opportunity to be the lead ambassador for Up and Up Festival, a music festival that tours to schools around the country. In this position, I had a ton of hands on experience leading a team to promote and sell tickets for a festival in Clemson in April. It was one of the best experiences of my college career and I learned so much about the music industry and sales and marketing, I also learned a lot about what it means to be a good leader, and what it takes to motivate a team.
