In June through August of 2022, I completed an internship at Delonia Software, a technology company that creates platforms and solutions to help insurance companies and businesses with employee benefit management. Although Delonia is based in Madrid, Spain, it has offices in other European countries as well. I worked with the marketing team, researching the captive reinsurance and employee benefits markets to discover new trends, expand marketing channels, increase brand awareness, and create articles and infographics for marketing channels. Through this experience, I developed skills in data analysis, market research, teamwork, communication, project management, market segmentation, targeting, and process analysis and optimization.
